Baglio Aimone
An ancient eighteenth-century Baglio, always been intended for hospitality and the cultivation of grapes and agricultural products, that over the years has been the subject of a beautiful conservative renovation. The Baglio Aimone, with its 3000sqm of extension on a single floor, is located between the Integral Nature Reserve Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi, or in an ideal land for the cultivation of grapes of rare excellence. A wonderful place where we were greeted in an unforgettable way by the Marino family, owner of the Baglio, who made us try the delicacies of Chef Angelo Bruno. Saline SEI
"Those who really want to talk about salt pans, need to come here, in the west of Sicily...old, very old salt pans, already founded by the Phoenicians", Voltaire wrote it at the end of the '700 and we can only agree still today! You can not visit this side of Sicily without passing through the Saline: we admired one of the most beautiful sunsets in Sicily by Mamma Caura, an exclusive sunset-bar inside the Saline Ettore e Infersa built from a barracks of the 1930s. A natural stage without equal, thanks to its perfect sunset exposure! And of course we visited the Mill, symbol of the city of Marsala, fully functional!
